On Monday, 3 November at 5 p.m., professor Alan Uzelac from the Faculty of Law in Zagreb will be speaking as part of the Jean Monnet Module and the Academic Forum at the Graduate School of Government and European Studies. The professor is one of the leading legal comparativists and researchers of the role of courts in various legal systems, in particular post-socialist systems. He is also the author of the famous article, "Survival of the Third Legal Tradition", which also represented the starting point of this lecture. You can read more about the lecturer here.
